The Park Rapids Downtown Business Association (PRDBA) announces the winner of the 5th annual 2nd Street Stage button design contest. She is Teresa Seegers of Park Rapids, owner of Camp 71 with her husband, Jeff. At the PRDBA meeting April 6, 2nd Street Stage Committee Chair Denny Ulmer presented Teresa with a check for the $250 prize.
Those who purchase and wear the official 2022 button for this season’s 2nd Street Stage events help sponsor the fun summer concerts and will receive $2 off all beverages purchased at the beer garden. Buttons are available in advance the Chamber Visitor Center, Jake’s Barber Shop, Molly Poppin’s Gourmet Snacks and Revel Brewing and will be available on opening night June 16 and until they are gone. Those wearing a button get $2 off beverages purchased at the beer garden.the beer garden when the 10th anniversary season starts June 16.
It is the PRDBA’s intent to continue the button design contest annually and create buttons that will become collectibles.
