A Walk in the Park

It’s a wonderful time of the year for a walk in the park, and did you know that walking outdoors in nature has many health benefits including reducing stress? Join a naturalist for a walk with a few stops along the trail to showcase the beauty of fall from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 23. Space is limited for this program.
