NLOKids Theater Camp

Calling all active 8-13 year olds who love to sing, dance and create stories to tell to family and friends June 20 through July 15. This year, NLOKids camp will be divided into 3 sections: 1. Playwriting & Improv, 2. Design & songwriting and 3. Rehearsal & production. Each week’s section will have a guest artist join the staff to focus on an aspect of theater-making. The process will culminate in a performance of an original theater work, created by the kids in the NLOKids company. The free camp takes place at the Pine Point School. Free transportation is provided from Park Rapids Century School with pickup at 9:30 a.m. and return at 2:30 p.m. For more information or an application form, contact info@northernlightopera.org or go to https://www.northernlightopera.org/nlokids.
