Photo contest winners pick up their prints

Winners of the winter-spring Park Rapids Downtown Business Association (PRDBA) photo contest gathered to pick up their prints at Studio 176 May 24. They are Debbie Center, Katie Kaiser and Hannah Mondloch, all of Nevis, and Ryan Seiler of Ames, IA.

Center took her photo, Valentine’s Day in Nevis, on that special day. It won in the Recreation category. Kaiser’s Wildlife photo, Fox in Winter, was taken near Ham Lake. A second Wildlife category winning photo, Little Dragonfly, is by Hannah Mondloch, who shot the picture near Dorset. In the Area Lake Scenes category, Ryan Seiler of Ames, IA, won for his photo, Speculating, taken on Lake Belle Taine. No photos were received in the Park Rapids Main Street Scenes category.

Studio 176 sponsors the contest and will award a professionally finished, 11-×14-inch fine art print of the winning photograph in each category. You can view the winning entries as well as all of the photo contest submissions by visiting www.parkrapidsdowntown.com and clicking on the Photo Gallery link.
